It feels like the summer is slipping away, but did it ever arrive? I’m not sure it did in Buxton! We have all had a bit of a holiday and a quick dip in the British sea always does wonders for the soul (perhaps becasue it’s always so cold!) So as the days get shorter we are shifting our focus to what lies ahead. Bigger, better projects are on the horizon, and we are determined to make them count.

Here Be Dragons

Lots of laughs for our audiences this summer as we presented our award-winning family show, Here Be Dragons. Luckily the sun was out most of the time! A big thanks to everyone who came along to the different venues this year.

Rec Youth Theatre

In September we will be running Rec Youth Theatre. I mentioned in a previous newsletter that Kitty Randle, the current Artistic Director was handing over the reigns. We are super excited to see what kind of experience a Youth Theatre will bring. So if you know of anyone who would enjoy taking part in a drama session each week then tell them to get in touch. It’s not just for kids! There is also a class for adults. Email [email protected] for more information.
