For twenty five years we have been creating magical, meaningful theatrical experiences across the Peak District and beyond. In true vagabond style we roamed and wandered uphill and down dale. Our stories have animated abandoned quarries, windswept moorlands, and moonlit woodlands, to school rooms, village halls, and tents pitched in parks. We have toured the length and breadth of the land with our work, making friends and partnerships over the years.

How It All Began 2000 - 2002

In 2000, we (Mark, Phil and Tara, three friends who had met at Drama School) founded the Company.

Finding Our Feet: 2003-2012

Between 2003 and 2012, we deepened our creative voice and refined the way we devise original theatre. The Christmas Chronicles 2013 - 2018

From 2013 to 2018, we turned our attention to producing family Christmas shows and smaller promenade shows for parks and woodlands. We collaborated with DerbyLive, creating shows at The Guildhall Theatre in Derby and Markeaton Park in Derby.

Weathering the Storm: COVID-19 and Beyond

During the COVID-19 pandemic, like many theatre companies, we had to adapt quickly to the changing circumstances. We pivoted our work to embrace digital platforms and socially distanced performances, finding creative ways to stay connected with our audience.
